Very chic restaurant. Food is delicious too

I was in this restaurant during my stay in Weimar. There is good beer and a pleasant atmosphere.

Delicious drinkable beer, well-crafted Thuringian cuisine and very nice, attentive service, what more could you want?

It was very nice to visit the Felsenkeller Weimar again. There was good home-brewed beer and good home-style cooking. Brew Pub is highly recommended. We would love to come back when we are in Weimar.

Today was very nice. As always, the food was delicious and everyone adhered to the AHA rules.

4/10/20 We came specially from Rastenberg, were there at the campsite and received this recommendation. That was delicious rustic food, nice and fairly quick service, that's how service has to be, the operator will be happy to have such a quick staff, you really can't complain. Nice offer the rustic in the restaurant a very good beer, which flows through the pump, really impressed me. The prices are also humane. Therefore highly recommended! I would love to come back.

The Felsenkeller has been an institution in Weimar for many years. Their own beer ... the Deinhardt ... is brewed here. There is traditional Thuringian cuisine to eat, which is highly recommended. The employees are friendly, quick and always have a funny saying in store. The rooms are quite large and therefore ideal for larger celebrations. Highly recommended.

The food tastes very good, the service is friendly, but overloaded.

Nice restaurant with excellent German or Thuringian cuisine and excellent own beer. The waitresses are very friendly. The beer garden is not very big; it is definitely worth making a reservation there for dinner. But you can just as easily sit in the spacious winter garden.

Ordered the pikeperch fillet here today. Very well coordinated and seasoned. The best pikeperch fillet I've ever eaten. In addition a beer of the season, today Märzen beer. Perfect. I will definitely come back. In terms of price, it is perfectly fine, price performance is right.

I was looking for a non-fast food restaurant with Thuringian cuisine and ended up in the Weimar rock cellar near the motorway and quickly realized: Everything was done right! You can get here quickly from the A4, you don't have to go to the city center first. The food is hearty and good, as you would expect. The service always has a smile for its guests, which is not necessarily a matter of course for this region :-)

We were spontaneously in the restaurant for a small birthday party. We were also served promptly and very friendly. It was also relatively quiet, so you could have a good chat. After a short wait, we also received our food. Overall, good home cooking at fair prices.

Beautifully decorated, very cozy atmosphere, great service. Great place to go with friends, very spacious. The food is great and the beer is awesome. It offers parking places, but not many. Like in every other restaurant in Germany, you might want to make a reservation or call beforehand just in case.
